On such dreary days I always turn to colour!
I get out the felt tips & get colouring! I didn't have time yesterday however, and since I'm working on a few other projects I didn't want to start something new.
But I remembered that I had these on my phone - I did them in the Autumn as the weather began to turn, and as I sat alongside the children whilst they coloured theirs!
I simply chose a few pages from a colouring book for grown-ups, and got colouring. The craft in these pictures was in choosing the colours, the framing, the photographing and then Instagramming - that was my intention with these, to create beautiful vibrant patterns as simply as possible, then make them into greetings cards. I really love the effect! So simple, but powerfully vibrant!
